Tank guards for the new Borgo Panigale Superbike: Ducati Panigale V4/S/R 2022/2023

Thanks to our experience gained in MotoGP, the tank guards are made with the best pre-preg carbon available on the market, and processed in an autoclave at 90° and 5 bar of pressure ensuring maximum quality at the production level.

The particularity reserved for this product, however, consists in the internal lamination. We alternate layers of carbon and layers of carbon kevlar (always pre-preg) in order to form a much thicker sandwich, with the highest possible resistance to abrasion and impact.

Solution specifically chosen to protect the edges of the tank, very exposed and delicate points in the event of a fall.

The tank pads are available in a glossy or matt version.

This new product joins the previously presented parts: frame and swingarm guards, front and rear mudguard and much more as well as all the parts machined from solid aluminum.

Technical specifications CARBON Fairings and Parts:

• The lightest and most resistant on the market, thanks to the experience gained in World Championships such as Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP
• Laminated with pre-impregnated carbon fabric (pre-preg) woven twill of 200 gr
• Worked in an autoclave at 90° and 5 bar of pressure, with vacuum technique
• Unidirectional carbon reinforcements in the fixing points for easy assembly and greater durability
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technique the fairings are extremely resistant, refined and shiny
• Drilled and not equipped with any quick releases
• Ready to be mounted, no modifications necessary
