SHIPPING METHOD DEFINITIONS

Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Actual shipping times depend on the carrier, service selected and your location in relation to Scranton, PA. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on thE chosen shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $150 and 25% off international shipping on orders over $250. Domestic shipping covers all 50 states, Washington D.C. and APO addresses. All other destinations fall under the international shipping offer. Some exclusions apply; see the full details below.

Shipping discounts are automatically applied during checkout based on the sub-total of your order and eligibility of items in your shopping cart. Free or discounted shipping only applies to the standard shipping method and not upgraded services.

Delivery typically in 3–5 business days after an order has shipped.

Two-Day Shipping
Delivery typically in 2 business days after an order has shipped.

Next-Day Shipping
Delivery typically in 1 business day after an order has shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

Standard International
Delivery typically in 14–21 business days after an order has shipped.

Expedited International
Delivery typically in 3–7 business days after an order has shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

All international orders ship from our warehouse and may require additional processing time.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the receiving customer
  • Packing slips cannot be marked as a “gift” or show altered prices
  • Tires, hazardous items, and some oversized items cannot be shipped internationally
  • Oversized items are handled on a case-by-case basis based on carrier restrictions

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If an item is back-ordered or special-order and you request split shipments, we are happy to accommodate.
Additional shipping charges will apply.


LOSS & DAMAGE INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us as soon as possible
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Take photos if available

Claims are processed through the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). We will assist throughout the process.
This process may take several weeks or longer.


TRACKING NUMBERS

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when available.

  • Tracking availability varies by carrier and service
  • USPS may have infrequent updates or limited tracking
  • UPS is recommended if detailed tracking is required

HSBK selects the shipping carrier and service for orders qualifying for free or discounted shipping.

If you request a specific carrier or service:

  • We will attempt to accommodate your request
  • If the requested method costs more, you may pay the difference
  • Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team

FREE OR DISCOUNTED SHIPPING – SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders qualifying for free or discounted shipping will ship in one package whenever possible.

If you request split shipments due to back-orders or special-order items,
additional shipping charges apply.


EXCLUSIONS FROM FREE OR DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

The following items typically do not qualify for free or discounted shipping:

  • Motorcycle stands
  • Wheels
  • Frames
  • Bodywork
  • Motors

If your order contains both qualifying and non-qualifying items, only the non-qualifying items will incur shipping charges.
Qualifying items will still ship free.

We reserve the right to manually adjust shipping for unidentified oversized items.
Approval will be requested before charging any additional amount.


WARRANTY RETURNS

Most manufacturers offer warranty coverage for defects.

  • Warranty policies vary by manufacturer
  • Processing may take 6–8 weeks
  • Warranties do not cover normal wear or customer-caused damage

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Electronics, suspension, tools, and chemicals are non-returnable
  • Returns are inspected within 2 business days
  • Refunds may take 2–10 business days to process
  • Items cannot be returned in-store without prior approval

RESTOCKING FEES

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be requested via email.

  • Replacement items ship after return approval
  • Items may ship before return receipt with a temporary authorization hold
  • Authorization holds are released once the return is approved

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Manufacturer warranty policies apply. HSBK assists with warranty claims but does not provide direct warranties.


DAMAGED GOODS

If goods arrive damaged:

  • Notify us immediately
  • Keep all packaging
  • Provide photos if possible

Claims are handled through USPS or UPS and may take several weeks.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


OUTGOING SHIPPING COSTS

If an item was sold with Free Shipping, the original outgoing shipping cost
cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
